On August 02 2007 Southern Telecommunications Company (“UTK”) (RTS: KUBN, KUBNP; MICEX: UTEL, UTELP; ADR OTC: STJSY, KUE FRA)], the principal fixed-line telecommunications provider for Russia’s Southern Federal District reported that on August 1, 2007 the Board of Directors of the Company adopted a decision to approve the following composition of UTK’s Management Board 9 persons in number and to determine its term of office from August 2, 2007 till August 1, 2008 (Minutes  № 3 of August 2, 2007), reported the press-centre of UTK:

Stanislav Petrovich Borodin - Deputy Director General - Director for Information Technologies of "UTK" PJSC.

Svetlana Vasilyevna Korotenko - Deputy Director General - Director of the Krasnodar branch of "UTK" PJSC.
