August 3, 2007.The session of OJSC VolgaTelecom Board of directors was held, the Company’s Management board consisting of 10 persons was formed by the resolution of the session.  The term of office of the new Management board s tructure is defined from August 1, 2007 till July 31, 2008.
 The Management board comprises the following persons:
1. Sergey Omelchenko– the Chairman of the Management board, the General Director of OJSC VolgaTelecom
2. Svetlana Astakhova – Deputy to the General Director of the joint-stock company – personnel director;
3. Mikhail Dyakonov   – Deputy to the General Director of the joint-stock company for capital cons truction;
4. Oleg Ershov - Deputy to the General Director of the joint-stock company – commercial director;
5. Alexander Ketkov - Deputy to the General Director of the joint-stock company – technical director;
6. Denis Kostin - Deputy to the General Director of the joint-stock company for corporate development;
7. Mikhail Pe trov – General Director of CJSC Nizhegorodskaya Sotovaya Svyaz;
8. Nikolai Popkov– OJSC VolgaTelecom Chief accountant;
9. Vladimir Ulyanov– Deputy to the General Director of the joint-stock company – director of security and secrecy order;
10. Yuri Shaginov- Deputy to the General Director of the joint-stock company for economics and finances.
