OREANDA-NEWS. August 3, 2007. Vedomosti published a commentary of a report by the Central Bank of Russia on the results of Russian banks in the first half of 2007.  According to this report, URSA Bank earned 1.7 billion rubles in net income over the period, putting it at 16th place among all Russian banks, and ahead of Alfa Bank, Citibank, Uralsib, and VTB 24, to name but a few. The dynamics of the growth of URSA Bank's net income puts it at 9th place among the largest 30 Russian banks.
