According to the provided document the name of the company was replaced by Joint stock company Eurasia Capital (Daughter organization of joint stock company Eurasian bank). Place of company's location is: 30 Kabanbay batyr ave., Almaty district, Astana.

Corresponding changes were included to the charter of company by decision of its sole shareholder - Eurasian bank JSC (Almaty) dated June 1, 2007.
