OREANDA-NEWS. On July 31, 2007 Uralsvyazinform (RTS: URSI/URSIP) the leading carrier of fixed-line and mobile services in the Urals region, Russia reported the new composition of the Management Board and Committees of the Board of Directors, reported the press-centre of Uralsvyazinform.  

The Board of Directors approved today new composition of the Management Board comprised of 10 persons and re-appointed its four Committees. The term of office of the newly formed Management Board begins on August 1, 2007 and expires on July 31, 2008.
