OREANDA-NEWS. August 2, 2007. The process of transfer of the state-owned shares of open JSCs into the authorized capital of Atomenergoprom OJSC has been started in line with the Apr 27 decree of the President of the Russian Federation.

The list of the OJSCs whose shares are subject to transfer into the authorized capital of Atomenergoprom OJSC is specified in the annex to the above decree.

Presently, the Federal Agency for Federal Property Management is drafting resolutions on the terms of the transfer and is making relevant changes to the register of shareholders.
