OREANDA-NEWS. On July 25, 2007 Viktor Khristenko, the RF Minister of Industry and Energy, was again elected Chairman of Board of Directors of KAMAZ Inc. Igor Zavyalov, Vice-President of Foreign Trade Bank PLC (VTB), became Chairman of Personnel and Compensation Committee, Sergey Skvortsov was appointed Chairman of Audit Committee, reported the press-centre of KAMAZ.

The Board of directors of KAMAZ Inc. approved its plan of operation till the end of the year.
