OREANDA-NEWS. “Agromashholding” JSC - the largest in Russia multiregional association by manufacture, distribution and service maintenance of machines of agricultural, industrial and municipal use, reported the press-centre of KTZ.
 
Product range of the holding is represented by the best in economic efficiency and productivity native models of equipment and machines: grain harvesting combines “Enisej” (Krasnoyarsk), reaping parts and harvesting equipment to them; crawler tractors of DT and VT series; wheeled tractors of universal and municipal-industrial modifications from Vladimir and Lipetsk; multipurpose municipal-construction machines and mini-tractors (Kurgan). Service centers of “Agromashholding” - is a branching network from more than 80 regional offices in Russia and CIS countries.

Huge attention in “Agromashholding” is paid to modernization and expansion of model line of the equipment. The company is planned at the nearest time to expand the model line for more than 10 positions.

Planned investments for these purposes on the period of 2006-2010 are appr. 120 mln. dollars. Already today in the model line of “Agromashholding” there are progressive and perspective models.

“Vladimir motor-tractor plant” is planned to put into batch production new tractor T-85 (85 hp) with transmission of  foreign production and new engines certificated by ecological standards Euro-2 and Euro-3. First samples of the machine have confirmed their quality and efficiency.

Wheeled tractor T-50 powered by biofuel - is the result of application of designing and innovation mechanisms.

Besides, at the present moment in Vladimir the assembly of mini-tractor KMZ-012Ch (class 0.2) is begun (earlier this tractor has been assembled at the “Kurganmashzavod”).

The tractor family of “Lipetsk tractor” JSC has got new model of wheeled tractor LTZ-120B (115 hp). New wheeled tractor LTZ-140 designed jointly with tractor institute - NATI passes tests. This is the perspective model - all-wheel drive tractor of drawbar class 2, by the durability is rated to 160-180 hp and for the first time is equipped by transmission with electro-hydraulic controlled shifting. One more novelty of the Lipetsk plant is universal tractor LTZ-155 that is possessed the unique technological opportunities and provided the implementation of perspective agrotechnologies in agriculture.

The tractor has the operating power of 150 hp and carrying capacity to 5000 kg.

At the capacities of “Volgograd tractor plant” is begun the development of first in history of Russian engineering agricultural crawler tractor of drawbar category 6 designed by engineering services of Concern “Tractor plants” and tractor institute NATI.

First four samples will be represented to the attention of the machine building industry in September 2007. One more innovation in production assortment of this plant this year is the assembly of crawler tractors of “CHETRA-9” series. In April 2007 first industrial sample of bulldozer aggregate of this tractor is assembled - totally in 2007 there will be assembled 10 machines.

At the “Krasnoyarsk combine plant” will be produced rice harvesting machine “Enisej-858” - the machine not produced today in Russia but however is very popular in South regions of Russia. Also at this plant first five industrial samples of fodder harvesting combines “Enisej-324” have been produced.

Numerous tests of “Enisej-324” showed that chosen design solution will allow to receive from the combine the maximum result - to 300 tons of mulched mass per hour. One more production novelty is grain-harvesting combine of fourth class “Enisej-960”. At the present moment experts of “Krasnoyarsk combine plant” work at the machine of fifth class - “Enisej-970”.

At the “Altai motor plant” and “Vladimir motor-tractor plant” is rapidly mastered the industrial output of new generation engines that are corresponding to the rules #96 of Economic Commission for Europe and standards Euro-2 and Euro-3.

All ready novelties of model line in the set with different mounted equipment will be represented by “Agromashholding” JSC at the annual agricultural exhibition “Day of Russian field-2007” (Rostov region).

With holding’s activities and products of its plants it would be possible to get acquainted at the 5 sites at the territory of exhibition. Besides, the holding will represent other agricultural equipment of its producers - crawler tractor VT-150D (Volgograd), wheeled tractors of LTZ-60AB series (Lipetsk) and VTZ-2048A (Vladimir), which will participate in relay race in across country.
