OREANDA-NEWS. The 17-storied panel house of upgraded series 137 has been assigned the following address: House 5, Building 5, Index Code A, reported the press-centre of GDSK.

The new house of a total area of 13,324.4 m2 is part of the Pulkovsky Posad complex now under construction. Currently interior finish work is nearing completion, and the surrounding area is being landscaped. To make the new house look harmonious and modern, structural facade glazing of loggias and balconies was used. All would-be house dwellers will receive their flats fully fine finished. Stable financing has been ensured for the construction project implemented at a high quality and commissioned on time.

According to Ekaterina Nemchenko, Deputy General Director of OOO GDSK, Pulkovsky Posad is a second major project of City House Building Company. "While implementing it we are gaining unique experience enabling us to move to even larger scale projects and integrated area development, said E. Nemchenko. — It is noteworthy that several LSR Group companies have combined their efforts on the same construction site including two house building companies: ZAO Gatchiskiy DSK and ZAO DSK Blok".

The whole housing complex is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2010. Before the end of the current year OOO GDSK is planning to commission two more new buildings.

The Pulkovsky Posad Housing Complex is being built in Moskovsky District of St. Petersburg at the junction of Pulkovskoye Shosse and Dunaisky Prospekt. It is located next to the Park of Hero Cities and comprises 14 buildings with varying number of floors: 10 panel buildings of series 121 and 137 and 4 brick-monolithic houses forming a single cozy patio. The total area of the 2,300-flat complex is 125,000 m.2
