On July 24, 2007 First Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Vladimir Semashko has introduced new chairman of the Belneftekhim concern Valery Kazakevich and Director General of the Belarusian Oil Company Vladimir Zubkov to directors of branch companies, reported the Official website www.government.by.

Vladimir Semashko demanded that all the planned investment programmes should be implemented the oil refinery. He stressed the importance of the programmes on modernization of oil refineries. Grodno Azot and Polymir are set to undergo large-scale retooling.
