OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2007. The structure of shareholders in TNK-ВР will be retained in the near future, company President Robert Dudley said.

He said that shareholders have confirmed their interest in developing the company. They are still interested and they are supporting all of the company's long-term investment projects.

He said that the board of directors might meet next week, to discuss certain investment projects, and these signals indicate that there will be no changes in the shareholder structure.

He also said that he does not see any indication that the shareholder structure will change after 2008.

He said that the structure of TNK-BP portfolio assets is optimal and the company is working to develop the potential of its assets to the maximum.
