OREANDA-NEWS. The agreement between JSC “IDGC of Center and North Caucasus”, JSC “FGC UES”, JSC “Lipetskenergo” and the Lipetsk region authorities was signed in Lipetsk.

The parties are obliged to provide the joint implementation of activities in the framework of investment programs for the 20072011 period on construction and reconstruction of power grid units in order to prevent power capacity deficit and to increase power supply reliability in the Lipetsk region and to provide the connection of new consumers to the grid. 

The program of the primary activities on building and reconstruction of JSC “Lipetskenergo” and the Unified National Power System in the Lipetsk region power units. Over 6 billion rubles are planned to be spent for implementation of the program.

According to the agreement the integration of the power grid complex “Lipetskenergo” and Lipetsk region electric public utilities. The objective of the integration is to create in JSC “Lipetskenergo” the united center of responsibility for power supply, reduction of cost per units for power grids maintenance and establishment of prerequisites for power transport fee reduction.

The parties undertook obligations to assist the foundation of Customer Care Centers in the Lipetsk region in 2007-2008 in order to increase the level of customer service in power supply, to simplify the procedure of registration of newly constructed units.
