OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors of JSC “Aeroflot” was held. Two large deals were approved: acquisition by the Company of twenty-two new long-haul aircrafts Airbus 350XWB and twenty-two new long-haul aircrafts Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The Board of the Company decided to hold an extraordinary meeting of stockholders of JSC “Aeroflot” to approve these two large deals by absentee voting.

On July 23, 2007 is approved as a date of compilation of a list of persons entitled to participate the forthcoming extraordinary meeting of stockholders of JSC “Aeroflot”. September 4, 2007 is approved as a date of end of acceptance of voting papers of the stockholders (date of the meeting end). The Board of the Company recommended the forthcoming extraordinary general meeting of stockholders of JSC “Aeroflot” to approve the mentioned deals.
