OREANDA-NEWS. July 24, 2007. Monolithic works have been completed at Kutuzovskaya Riviera object. The fourth tower of the elite housing complex received the last cubic meter of concrete.

The first cubic meter of concrete was grouted at the object in February 2005 and a total of over 100 thousand cubic meters of concrete were grouted during the whole construction period. The commissioning of the complex was initially scheduled for December 2007, however high-quality work of MIRAX GROUP Corporation personnel allowed to commission the first two towers pre-term in December 2006.

The two remaining buildings will be completed according to schedule in the end of the year. It remains to equip them with internal engineering, finish residential and non-residential premises, and mount the faзade on the last tower. It is also planned to build a sport and recreation complex.

Project manager Igor Romanov said an artificial river, which will be unique for Europe, is being created in Kutuzovskaya Riviera to improve and develop the surrounding territory.

The residential complex comprises four 30-floor extremely comfortable buildings and has all the necessary infrastructure objects.
