OREANDA-NEWS. July 24, 2007. Since 1 August 2007, in accordance with the resolution of the Board of Directors of IC "ROSNO Ukraine" and upon mutual consent, Mr. Konstantin Bergmann’s assignment as a General Manager of ROSNO Ukraine is terminated. The Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Hannes Chopra has expressed gratitude to Mr. Konstantin Bergmann for the excellent work and for the results achieved by the latter in Allianz Group and ROSNO.

Mr. Bergmann will return to Germany to examine further career opportunities offered him by Allianz SE.

As was initially planned, Mr. Bergmann’s two-year contract will expire on 01 August 2007. His high professionalism and longstanding experience in the insurance field have enabled Konstantin Bergmann to make certain important strategic decisions, which secured the company’s current achievements in the Ukrainian market.

Less than in two years of Konstantin Bergmann’s leadership, IC "ROSNO Ukraine" rose to 25th position in the Insurance Top rating, opened regional offices in all key Ukrainian regions, and established partner relations with banks and car dealerships throughout the country. Today, ROSNO Ukraine is among the most rapidly growing insurance companies in Ukraine.

Since 1 August, everyday corporate management duties will be performed by the currently formed Administrative Board, which will preliminarily comprise Mr. Pavel Litvin, Sales Director of ROSNO Ukraine, Ms. Oksana Rudenko, Insurance Director of ROSNO Ukraine, and Ms. Yekaterina Trubitsina, Financial Director of ROSNO Ukraine. In the interim, Mr. Pavel Litvin will be an Acting General Manager of the company. The formation of the Administrative Board will be finally completed by mid-September. The company will provide additional information as soon as the new General Manager is appointed.
