OREANDA-NEWS. On July 17, 2007 CJSC “First Ukrainian International bank” (FUIB) has improved its product line, having made the Credit for Personal Needs more attractive for its clients, reported the press-centre of FUIB.

Now the Credit for Personal Needs can be arranged for both personal and commercial purposes. It is granted for the period of up to 10 years on security of real estate. The loans are granted both in UAH and in foreign currencies.

One of the advantages of this consumer credit is the absence of the Bank control over the use of the credit funds. Having arranged the Credit for Personal Needs, the Bank clients can purchase commercial realty, country cottage, land, cover repair or travel expenses, i.e. use it for any desired purpose.

Moreover, FUIB has made the conditions of the mortgage loans more attractive for its clients, having cancelled the prepayment fee during the fist year of the credit period.
