OREANDA-NEWS. On July 17, 2007 First Ukrainian International bank (FUIB) has introduced a new retail product for its clients - Refinancing of Mortgage Loan, reported the press-centre of FUIB.

Refinancing of Mortgage Loan arranged with FUIB will allow the Bank client to decrease the interest rate, not to pay monthly commission fees for the loan arranged with some other bank and as the result - save money.

FUIB grants refinancing credits for the period of up to 20 years. The annual interest rates are one of the most attractive ones: from 11,5% for the loan arranged in USD, 11% for the loan arranged in EURO and 16% for the loan arranged in UAH.

Credit decisions are made by FUIB quickly; credit formalization process takes minimum time.
