OREANDA-NEWS. Konstantin Kotikov - Deputy General Director of JSC 'IDGC of Center and North Caucasus" on corporate management was elected the Chairman of JSC "Yarenergo" Board of Directors.

Igor Zenukov, Deputy Head of corporate management department and CC of JSC RAO "UES of Russia" cooperation with shareholders was appointed Deputy Chairman of Board of Directors. Olga Dubrova was appointed JSC "Yarenergo" corporate secretary.

The new body of reliability committee of JSC "Yarenergo" Board of Directors was elected as well, under the chairmanship of Dmitry Pankov, Deputy Technical Director, Head of the JSC "IDGC of Center and North Caucasus" Department of Grids Operation, and audit committee which is chaired by Igor Zenukov, Deputy Head of Corporate Management department and CC of JSC RAO "UES of Russia".
