On July 17, 2007 INTRACOM TELECOM, a part of SITRONICS Telecommunication Solutions business division, signed a ?1,6 million contract with POLKOMTEL (PlusGSM, Mobile Telecommunications Company in Poland) for the extension of the existing SS7 Signaling Monitoring System, reported the press-centre of  SITRONICS.

Under the framework of this contract, INTRACOM TELECOM will provide a state-of-the-art solution based on the acceSS7 System developed by Agilent Technologies along with associated professional services including installation, configuration, training, support and maintenance.

INTRACOM TELECOM’s solution will enable Polkomtel to promptly and efficiently supervise the entire GSM/GPRS network and perform end-to-end network and service analysis across multiple transportation technologies. The project will be completed by the end of 2007 with a contract extension option for another ?1 million for providing additional coverage of the evolving network and technologies needs.
