OREANDA-NEWS. On July 18, 2007 Balakovo NPP has summed up the results of its work under collective agreement in Jan-June 2007, reported the press-centre of Balakovo NPP.

A commission comprising representatives of the administration and the trade union of Balakovo NPP has examined the plant’s activities under its collective agreement in Jan-June 2007 and has found out that all the points of the agreement were fulfilled. The personnel performed safely and efficiently, while the administration provided them with all necessary labor conditions.

In Jan-June 2007 the average wages at Balakovo NPP grew by 131,% while the consumer prices grew by 109.6%. No single industrial accident was registered during the period.

The plant is successfully implementing social, medical, housing and pension programs. In Jan-June 2007 seven employees were provided with interest-free housing loans worth a total of 1,750mln RUR.
