On July 7, 2007 Southern Telecommunications Company (“UTK”) (RTS: KUBN, KUBNP; MICEX: UTEL, UTELP; ADR OTC: STJSY, KUE FRA), the largest fixed-line telecommunications provider for Russia’s Southern Federal District reported that on 12 July 2007 its Board of Directors determined the following new structures of the Committees of the Board of Directors of "Southern Telecommunications Company" PJSC (Minutes № 2 dated 12 July 2007), reported the press-centre of UTK.

1. Audit Committee of the Board of Directors:

Elena Petrovna Selvich – Executive Director - Director of Economics and Finance Department of “Svyazinvest” OJSC;
