The company notes that its OGC is characterized by a well-balanced portfolio of extracting and processing assets and that the sale of YaOR will have no adverse effect on the balance since the disposed capacities have been compensated by a growth of processing volumes at 'Slavneft-Yaroslavnefteorgsyntez' OJSC.
