OREANDA-NEWS. On July 12, 2007 Joint Stock Company "Aeroflot" received fifth airliner A 321 in the frame of financial leasing deal. Airborne vehicle named "N. Rerih" in dedication to famous Russian painter, reported the press-centre of Aeroflot.

In October of 2006 JSC "Aeroflot" and leading European banks in the sphere of financing purchases of airborne vehicles - Natixis, Calyon and ABN Amro Bank signed documentations of financial leasing for seven ВС Airbus A321 with delivery date in 2006 – 2007.

Before the end of 2007 into financial leasing two more airplanes A 321 are added (in October and December).

Currently park of the air company consists of 28 airplanes of the A320 family, 8 – А319, 13 – А320, 7 – А321. Passenger cabins are executed in double layout and designed for 116 (А319), 140 (А320) и 170 (А321) passengers. Aeroflot operates on airbuses of the A 320 family on a wide network of international and inter domestic (in Russia) flights. From the data of operational safety and actual flight hours of one plane Aeroflot is at the top alongside leading air companies of the world.
