OREANDA-NEWS. On July 13, 2007 MMK Board of Directors approved August 30, 2007 as the date of the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting, reported the press-centre of MMK.

The Board made a recommendation to the extraordinary general shareholder’s meeting that for the period of 6 months 2007 dividends be paid in the amount of RUR 0,418 per ordinary share.
The record date is thus set at July 16, 2007 (3 p.m. Moscow time).
