OREANDA-NEWS. On July 11, 2007 in Novosibirsk, OJSC ROSNO-МS has completed a transaction for purchase of 100% interest in the medical insurance company CJSC IC NOVOSIBIRSK-MEDICINE, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

NOVOSIBIRSK-MEDICINE provides obligatory medical insurance to employed and unemployed Novosibirsk residents — in total, over 900,000 people. The package of services rendered by the company also includes voluntary medical insurance.

Along with NOVOSIBIRSK-MEDICINE, ROSNO-МS holding also comprises five subsidiaries in St.Petersburg, Omsk, Voronezh, and Nizhny Tagil.
