OREANDA-NEWS. On July 12, 2007 the SOGAZ Insurance Group has been declared the winning bidder in a tender for the right to provide auto liability insurance cover to members of the management bodies of OJSC Southern Generation Company (SGC) TGC-8, part of the OJSC RAO UES of Russia structure. The tender was organised by the insurance broker company Energozaschita, reported the press-centre of SOGAZ.

Over the past year the Group has won more than 20 tenders for the right to sign insurance contracts with companies that are part of the power holding company. As a result, SOGAZ has already insured over 200 RAO UES companies.

At present the SOGAZ Group has among its largest corporate clients, along with OJSC RAO UES of Russia, several leading Russian companies that form part of the Gazprom Group and Rosatom, as well as OJSC Oil Company Rosneft, OJSC Russian Railways.
