OREANDA-NEWS. PRAVEX-BANK shareholders meeting took place, where changes to the Bank's statute about authorized capital increase up to 371,5 millions of UAH where confirmed.

On the 2 of July 2007 Bank's assets made up 5,01 billions of UAH, regulatory capital made up 465,7 million of UAH, after the shares registration at national bank of Ukraine and at the State registrar, the regulatory capital of the Bank - 650 million of UAH.
