OREANDA-NEWS. Net profit of Rostov Port under RAS made 39.711 mln in 2006, that is 1.4 fold less then in 2005.

Company's revenues rose by 33.2% to 297.64 mln rub, Gross profit rose by 12.6% to 73.322 mln rub, pretax profit decreased by 1.3 fold to 55.88 mln rub.

Rostov Port OJSC was formed by the means of reorganization of Rostov River Port. Company's authorized capital stock totals 17.228 thousand rub, split in 430700 common shares at 0.04 rub par value.
