OREANDA-NEWS. July 18, 2007. Following its victory in the tender, ROSNO-Kaliningrad branch and the asset management company ADG Group, operating in the development and production fields, have concluded contracts for insurance of property and civil liability for the use of non-residential premises inside the commercial and business centre Kaliningrad-Plaza.

The concluded property insurance contract contemplates protection of the building, its furnishings and engineering equipment against such risks as fire, gas explosion, lightning stroke, natural disasters, unlawful third-party actions, terrorism, and losses inflicted by the downtime resulting from the insured accident. The contractual insurance amount is 71,500,000 USD.

The liability insurance contract covers such risk as damage inflicted to life, health and property of third parties. The insurance amount under the contract for insurance of civil liability for use of non-residential premises is 3,000,000 USD.

Information about the insured facility:
The commercial and business centre Kaliningrad-Plaza is located in one of the most busy areas of Kaliningrad. This centre comprises shops, cafes, restaurants, seven-room cinema, entertainment facilities, conference hall, underground parking, and class "A" offices. Major tenants are: KARO Film, Victoria supermarket chain, and the leading European fashion brands. The building’s total space is 39 thousand sq.m. In total, the project has received about 35 mln. USD in investments and was commissioned in early 2007.

The centre Kaliningrad-Plaza is a winner of the CRE Federal Awards 2007 (commercial real estate) in the nomination "Multifunctional real estate in Russia".
