OREANDA-NEWS. July 18, 2007. The shareholders of CJSC GAZEKS (Sverdlovsk region), an enterprise of the GAZEKS holding company, held a general meeting and decided not to pay the dividends on shares for the 2006 fiscal year and expend the clear net earnings of 87,930 thousand roubles on developing the gas distribution pipelines in the Sverdlovsk Region.

The director of the Yekaterinburg branch of LLC GAZEKS-Management, the managing organization of CJSC GAZEKS, Denis Pasler spelt out the main provisions of the annual report on the activities of CJSC GAZEKS in 2006. He reported that in 2006 the enterprise transported 9.83 billion cubic meters of natural gas to users in the Sverdlovsk Region. That is an increase of 2.82% on the year 2005, which however falls short of the planned indicators for the review period. The shortfall can be put down to lower volumes of gas consumption by heating plants due to an unusually warm winter.
The shareholders also elected the Board of Directors of CJSC GAZEKS. The five members of the Board are: General Director of LLC GAZEKS-Management A. Pestov, First Deputy General Director of LLC GAZEKS-Management N. Tarasova, Director of LLC GAZEKS-Management Yekaterinburg Branch D. Pasler, Executive Director of OJSC Urals Gas Networks for the Western District V. Kucheryuk and Deputy Director of LLC GAZEKS-Management Legal Department M. Shishkina.
