OREANDA-NEWS. July 17, 2007.  Regular salary rise at OAO Tulachermet Tula. Since July 2007, the salary at OAO Tulachermet has increased by 5% and now the average salary is around 16300 RUR. Compared to the salary rate of July 2006, the current salary increased by 26,5%. Generally the average salary growth of metallurgists in the current year equals to 10,3%. For the past several years OAO Tulachermet's employees have had the highest salary among the industrial enterprises in the Tula Region. Raising of living standards of metallurgists is the first priority of the social policy at OAO Tulachermet. Last year the average salary grew by 15.6%, outruning the inflation rate by 6.4%.
