OREANDA-NEWS. July 12, 2007. Rosbank’s mortgage loan portfolio grew in 1Q2007 by 40% and reached $270 mln. as of June 1, 2007. Currently, the mortgage loans for houses under construction represent 47% in the portfolio structure, while 53% goes for houses already built, reported the press-centre of Rosbank.

Rosbank implements its mortgage program in 68 regions of Russia with 50% of the total loans granted in Moscow and 50% - in regions.

Rosbank plans to increase its mortgage portfolio up to $340 mln. by the end of 2007.
