INPROM Increases Steel Processing Capacities
OREANDA-NEWS. July 03, 2007. INPROM has launched a Rosler shot-blasting line at its branch in Nizhny Novgorod, in the Volga region, reported the press-centre of INPROM.
The German-built equipment provides high-quality metal surface cleaning, in compliance with the European standard SA3, and long-time corrosion protection, thus increasing service life of steel products and metal constructions. Italian-made COLGAR hydraulic shears, capable of shearing up to 20-mm-thick rolled steel, were installed at the company's steel service centers in Ulyanovsk and Saransk.
The installation of most modern steel processing equipment at the company's branches falls under INPROM's strategy to increase the share of processed steel with high added value in company's sales by providing new steel processing services. INPROM increased its steel processing capacities by 30 pieces of modern equipment in the first half of 2007.
