OREANDA-NEWS. On July 11, 2007 a Board of Directors’ meeting has commenced at the Gazprom Headquarters, reported the press-centre of Gazprom.

The Board decided to update within a two week period and to submit for the Board’s approval a restated Gazprom Investment Program and Budget (Financial Plan) for 2007.

The Management Committee was tasked with preparing until year-end materials stipulating a switch-over to a three year Gazprom Investment Program and Budget.
