International management and retraining center within RBS is to perform the course of seminars Efficient implementation of arrangements related to restructuring of nuclear industrial system for top management of the companies within the structure of Federal Nuclear Agency (Rosatom), reported the press-centre of RBS.

The seminars are arranged under the order of Rosatom’s head Sergey Kirienko On training for top management and specialists in terms of restructuring of nuclear industrial system. Engagement of RBS specialists is owing to the practical experience of successful consultancy support to the reformation of natural monopolies, namely, RAO EUS of Russia and railway transport.

The seminar for the managers of Rosatom in charge of economic operations of the Company took place on June 1, 2007. In the course of the seminar the directors of RBS divisions spoke on the arrangement of corporate finance and budgeting, management accounting taking RAO UES of Russia, OAO and RZD, OAO as examples. Besides Sergey Avdeev, RBS business director spoke on fundamentals of assessment of enterprises and peculiarities of property assessment at the enterprises of nuclear industry.

On June 6, 2007 RBS is to arrange the seminar for Rosatom managers, in charge of property complex and legal advisory issues. In the course of the seminar the RBS directors are going to share their experience in restructuring and formation of the holding company RZD, OAO and restructuring of RAO UES of Russia, OAO, as well as on the steps necessary to take to reorganize the Federal State Unitary Enterprise. The key issue of the seminar is going to be the peculiarities of property’s assessment in nuclear industry.
