OREANDA-NEWS. June 18, 2007. RBS is a winner of an open tender for audit of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Center for financial and legal support” at the RF Presidential Affairs Department (FSUE CFLS) for years ending 2005 and 2006, reported the press-centre of RBS.

Four companies took part in the tender. The bidders were assessed on the basis of comparison of their technical and financial bids.

According to the assessment and comparison of technical and financial bids, the winner is RBS with the highest score.
