Experts of IDGC Will Share their Experience in Implementation of QMS
OREANDA-NEWS. July 10, 2007. All-Russian seminar-meeting devoted to the Quality Management System implemented in grid companies will be held in the Corporate Energy University of RAO UESR on July 17-18, 2007, reported the press-centre of JSC IDGC of Center and North Caucasus.
The Head of IDGC Center of Project and Process Management – QMS directorate representative Dmitry Alioshin, the Head of Quality Management Department of JSC Bryanskenergo Sergey Titov will speak as reporters on behalf of JSC IDGC of Center and North Caucasus. They will inform about the experience related to the Quality Management System implemented in grid companies of the service area of IDGC-1.
In the present moment all grid companies of the service area of JSC IDGC of Center and North Caucasus are participating in the Program on the Quality Management System Implementation in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. The measures on realization of the project were taken in DGC of the IDGC-1 service area in 2006: Quality Directorate Representatives were appointed, Project Rules were worked out and temporary target project groups were approved (according to MC IPMA). The aim of the Quality Management System Implementation is to establish Activity Management System for the companies focused on the services rendered with the quality demanded by customers (consumers), as well as minimization of environment pollution, optimization of finance flow of the company, increase of staff interest in final results of their work.
Today all work related to the QMS Implementation are in progress within the schedule: diagnostic audit and staff training are being carried out. In such companies as JSC Bryanskenergo, JSC Tverenergo, JSC Lipetskenergo, and JSC Kostromaenergo the QMS Implementation now is on the stage of identification, description, interrelation determination and modeling of main business processes using ARIS software product.
This stage is one of the most important projects of the QMS Implementation. While realizing it, it is necessary to provide the integrity of the business model of the company, its correspondence to the Quality Policy and Targets. In order to fulfill the task, JSC Bryanskenergo and JSC Tverenergo held meetings of Coordinating Boards on Strategy, Quality and Reorganization, where Quality Policy, Targets, and models of business processes of the companies’ top level were discussed. In the nearest time the similar measures are planned to be taken in JSC Lipetskenergo and JSC Kostromaenergo.
