OREANDA-NEWS. July 12, 2007.  The Nizhny Novgorod region Governor Valeriy Shantsev and executives of SIBUR, Solvay and Solvin have signed the cooperation agreement on the planned PVC complex construction. Formerly, SIBUR and SolVin established RusVinyl LLC, the joint venture for project implementation.

According to the signed document, the Nizhny Novgorod region Authorities will support RusVinyl LLC in preparation and approval of the regulatory documents as well as infrastructure developing to meet growing needs of the planned production site.

In its turn RusVinyl LLC will promote the project to attract investors and back up plans of Nizhny Novgorod region Government to launch the industrial park in Dzerzhinsk for PVC processing into final goods.

The parties have agreed to hold regular meetings and consultations to consider all the issues on project implementation promptly.
