OREANDA-NEWS. Representatives of German powerconcern RWE has visited Pervomaiskaya TPP and Schekinskaya TPP - power plant of TGC-4 (Tula regional generation). The visit was in the context of tripartite Agreement between RWE, Energy Carbon Fund of RAO UESR and Open JSC TGC-4. Director General of TGC-4 Kochetkov G.A. on the meeting with the representatives of the RWE stresses the importance of such cooperation for increase of the power effectiveness of power plants.

As a result of the visit of Pervomaiskaya TPP and Schekinskaya TPP the Program of further activities will be developed by the specialists of the TGC-4 and RWE. Measures will be realized on means of RWE on account of cost of units of reduction of hotbed gas emission, getting as a result of project realization. Thus TGC-4 intends to become among first russian power companies getting real effect from realization of Kioto protocol mechanism.
