OREANDA-NEWS. The Board of Directors’ meeting is in progress at the Gazprom Headquarters.

The Board approved the filing rules for Shareholder Proposals and Requirements Relative to the gazprom general shareholders meeting Convocation.

The rules will appear on the Investor relations page of the Company’s website.

The Board also determined to reward PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit for auditing the Gazprom Financial Reports of 2007 and the Board’s Action Plan for the second half-year.
