OREANDA-NEWS. IC ROSNO has won the tender for provision of voluntary medical insurance to the personnel employed by OJSC "Sheremetyevo International Airport". In accordance with the contract concluded upon its victory in the tender, ROSNO has insured 6,380 people employed at the airport.

Medical insurance is one of the top priorities in the airport’s social security policy. Provision of high-quality medical services has been another step of the Sheremetyevo Airport management aimed to improve working conditions.

The major criteria for selection of an insurance company were maximum efficiency, accessibility and promptness of medical aid received by the airport employees.

The Sheremetyevo Airport personnel insurance program contemplates enhanced range of services, which includes outpatient and hospital treatment, dental, emergency and first medical aid.

Also, the contract envisages possibility to issue VMI policies to the insured employees’ family members, favourable terms of medical insurance in case of travelling abroad, medical advice and diagnostics in various Moscow-based medical research institutions, emergency medical aid to the airport employees during vacations and business trips in Russia, and free of charge delivery of medical supplies within the Moscow ring road.

Furthermore, VMI policies will be valid for three years (including 1 year with regards to outpatient treatment) after retirement of employees who have reached pension age.

Medical services to the insured employees are provided by multifield hospitals and outpatient clinics of Moscow and the Moscow Region selected with consideration for their place of residence and their ability to render professional medical services.
