In the territory of coal preparation plant the workers prepare areas for the construction of the second coal warming facility, four silages in the closed coal storage facilities and the system of transport galleries and transfers aimed to create the connection between the coal tower of the coke-owned plant and the furnace-charge as well as between coal-conveying plant and the main coal preparation manufacturing works. In other words, they are going to create a safe source of raw materials.

The main goal is to exceed the back log for the manufacturing under environmentally safe conditions. Up to now this back log has equaled to less than one week. It often resulted in unforeseeable consequences. After reconstruction of this coal preparation shop several facilities will be built including two warming sections, new furnace-charges, four extra silage and covered coal storage facilities.
