OREANDA-NEWS. July 10, 2007. Vostochny Port JSC exceeded last year's results for the half year. According to information of the central dispatcher’s office of Vostochny Port JSC for the six months of 2007 the Company handled 7994.4 K tons of different cargoes (104% against the half year of 2006). In June Vostochny Port JSC handled 1539 K tons of cargoes (+11% against the same month in 2006).

The Specialized Coal Handling Terminal shipped 7428.2 K tons of coal in the six months 2007 (102% against the reporting period in 2006). In June the Terminal handled 1385.8 K tons of cargoes (+8% against June 2006).

Volume of Universal Handling Terminal grows. The Terminal shipped 566.3 K tons of different cargoes for the six months of 2007 (+30% against the same period in 2006). In June it handled 153.2 K tons of cargoes (almost double more against June 2006).
