OREANDA-NEWS. July 10, 2007. On 25 of March about 5 am in village Rudnichny of urban district Krasnoturinsk was committed a theft. 400 m of aluminum conductor have been stolen from open wire line 6 kW (feedline № 9), Kapitalnaya substation, wire line supports № 2-6. 6 nonconductors and 6 caps K-6 were crashed. In the result of disablement of the site, work of meaningful vital infrastructure – treatment facilities of village Rudnichny – was broken for an hour.

The same case happened on 13th of June 2007. About 7 am there was committed a theft of 600 m of aluminum conductor from wire line 6 kW of Kapitalnaya substation in the same village. In the result of damage of power transmission line, work of treatment facilities was stopped for 10 hours and power-supply system of dwelling stock in Rudnichny village was broken.

Total property damage caused by these two thieveries made more than 30.000 rbl.

In the result of cooperation between Krasnoturinsk GOVD, Serovsk power networks and “Kriminalist-II” firm, there was identified personality of a man to whom was presented accusation in commitment of these two thefts. Part of the stolen property was withdrawn and returned to Serovsk power networks. Demands for compensation of caused property damage were raised to the accused one and some of these days criminal case should be taken to Krasnoturinsk town court.
