OREANDA-NEWS. Open JSC "Territorial Generation Company 4" in the person of Director General Kochetkov G.A. and Kaluga Region Government in the person of Governor Artamonov A.D. sign an Agreement for cooperation in the process of implementation of investment projects and development of the energy complex of Kaluga region to ensure reliable and uninterrupted power supply, enhance the efficiency of electricity generation, ensure stable functioning and development of the economic and social spheres of the Kaluga region.

Under this Agreement, Kaluga Region Government will render all possible assistance in decision making and implementation of all necessary measures for making favourable investment climate for development of the energy complex of the region.

Open JSC "Territorial Generation Company 4" is responsible to develop measures for introduction of new resource-saving and ecological safety technologies and equipment on units of Kaluga branch of Open JSC TGC-4. Company is planned a number of investment projects for construction of new modern sources of combined generation of electric and thermal energy on the territory of Kaluga region, including reconstruction of Kaluzhskaya TPP-1 using PGU with 900 million rubles of total amount of investments. Also Open JSC TGC-4 intends to develop a suggestions for increasing of regional generation by construction of new modern sources of combined generation of energy, including assembling of GTU with recovery boilers in boiler houses in Obninsk, Balabanovo, Kondrovo. Such Agreements Open JSC TGC-4 signed with Belgorod, Tula, Orel, Ryazan and Kursk regions and Kaluga city.
