OREANDA-NEWS. Deputy General Director for Corporate Management of JSC IDGC of the Center and North Caucasus Konstantin Kotikov became Head of the Board of Directors of JSC Smolenskenergo.

This decision was taken by the Board of Directors of JSC Smolenskenergo at the meeting on June 29. Besides, they approved the business plan of the Company for 2007, according to which the net profit of the Company is planned to be 64,676 million Rubles. According to the results of 2006 the net profit of JSC Smolenskenergo amounted to 154,404 million rubles.

In the current year the net profit can be divided as following: dividend payment - 28,017 million Rubles, investment - 33,421 million Rubles, accumulation fund - 3,238 million Rubles. It is planned to allocate 12,824 million Rubles from the profit of previous years for the investment program implementation.
