OREANDA-NEWS. July 9, 2007. National Bank TRUST (Fitch B-, stable; Moody’s B1, positive) has execised its call option under issue of notes (ISIN: XS0280452805) linked to a 2 year $100 million loan dated December 2006 from C.R.R. BV, the Netherlands.

In accordance with the call option conditions, the Bank transferred the full amount of the loan together with accrued interest on 21 June 2007 thereby cancelling the notes.
