OREANDA-NEWS. July 6, 2007. General Shareholders’ Meeting of ROSBANK took place at premises of the Bank at 11, Masha Poryvaeva Street, Moscow.

Shareholders approved the results of the Bank's financial activities for the year 2006, consolidated balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and auditors' report. They elected the Board of Directors. The shareholders have appointed Deloitte&Touche as Independent Auditors for the year 2007.
