OREANDA-NEWS. On June 26, 2007 ROSNO’s Kirov branch and CJSC Novovyatskaya PMK-1 have concluded a contract for insurance of civil liability for non-performance or improper performance of obligations under the government contract, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

CJSC Novovyatskaya PMK-1 specializes in installation of ferroconcrete structures and performance of general construction, repair and assembly works.

The insurance policy covers such risks as bankruptcy or liquidation of the company (in case of bankruptcy, the insured event occurs when the insurant is recognized as insolvent by the court of arbitration); production stoppage or reduction of production volumes due to fire, explosion, breakdown, damage by water from the water supply systems, heating, sewage or similar systems (occurring at the production facilities); unintentional errors, negligence or other omissions of the insurant or its employees.

The contractual insurance amount exceeds 1,500,000 roubles.
