OREANDA-NEWS. The insurance company ROSNO Ukraine has increased its authorized capital by 21,715 thousand hryvnias. Thus, the company’s authorized capital now equals 96,155 thousand hryvnias, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

This is the third authorized capital increase since the company was founded in August 2005. The first increase was registered in January 2006, when the authorized capital grew by 32,3% (from 39,090 thousand hryvnias to 51,715 thousand hryvnias). The second change took place in January 2007, when growth equalled 43,95% and the authorized capital reached 74,440 thousand hryvnias. Now the authorized capital has grown by 29,17% to 96,155 thousand hryvnias.

Constantine Bergmann, General Manager of IC ROSNO Ukraine, notes: "This new increase of the authorized capital is due to the rapid development of our company. The number of our clients is growing, and we must be capable of satisfying the needs of each of them. The increase in the authorized capital strengthens our financial stability and, therefore, confidence of our clients in their choice of an insurance company".
